Returns & Exchanges

At Comanti, we value quality, care, and customer satisfaction.
If your purchase is not entirely as expected, you may request a return under the conditions below.

We encourage thoughtful purchasing to help reduce unnecessary returns and environmental impact.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery of your order.

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 10 days after the return registration.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be unwashed and free from perfume or odors

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

After your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care goods where hygiene seals have been broken

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive another item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, including proof of purchase.
